    Xinda Guarantee Company is approved both by Economic and Trade Commission of Zhejiang Province and Industrial and Commercial Administration of Zhejiang Province with a registered capital of CNY 50 million. The set-up of the company is in accordance with Guarantee Law of P.R.C., Law of the People's Republic of China on Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and Guiding Suggestions of establishing pilot projects of SMEs’ Guarantee System issued by State Economic and Trade Commission. Xinda is cooperating with many financial institutes like banks and appraisal companies etc.

    Xinda Guarantee Company signed strategic cooperation agreement with Bank of China, Jiaxing Branch, aiming to guarantee SMEs get loans from Bank of China.
